Dennis Bartos is a Partner and Chief Medical Underwriter at AgencyONE Insurance Marketing Group, in Rockville, MD. Dennis leads a team of trained professionals whose purpose is to negotiate and advocate on behalf of the insured to obtain the best possible rating class for the purchase of new life insurance protection. A specialist in impaired risk life insurance negotiations, Dennis manages the underwriting process of some of the country’s most complicated life insurance transactions.
With over 35 years of life insurance underwriting and negotiating experience, Dennis can bring options and resources to the most complicated planning situations.
Dennis has experience in the practice of clinical medicine and is the first Physician’s Assistant (PA) in the US to become a life insurance underwriter and helped to build a nationwide network of medically trained professionals as underwriters.
Dennis is a recognized industry leader in impaired risk negotiations for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across the country and works primarily with independent insurance advisors and financial planning firms.
Dennis is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) and is a graduate of Penn State and the Hahnemann Medical School’s Physician Assistant program.
